Terms of use

These Terms govern your use of Inlex AI's services, applications and website. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. By using the platform you confirm that you are of legal age and capacity, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Core features require an account with a valid email address and name. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use the platform for:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineering or exploiting the models.
• Uploading or transmitting harmful, abusive or offensive content.
• Spam, phishing or fraud.
• Interfering with the platform's normal operation or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

• Only your name and email are stored on our servers.
• AI context and usage history are stored locally on your device.
• We do not store or analyse your thread content or prompts.
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

The privacy policy sets out the detail.

All content, features and functionality of the platform, excluding user-generated content, are owned by Inlex AI or its licensors. This includes models, code, branding, logos, designs and layout. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform content without written consent.

You retain ownership of everything you input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those inputs for the sole purpose of returning a response. We do not retain, train on, or otherwise use your content.

We aim for uninterrupted access but make no guarantee of continuous availability, freedom from errors, or protection against data loss from unforeseen issues. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we detect malicious or illegal use, or if we are required to by law. On termination your access ends, and your name and email are deleted on request.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that responses will always be accurate or appropriate, that the service will be free of delays, or that use will produce any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inlex AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or reliance on AI-generated content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed and construed without regard to conflict of law principles.
